full time, permanent basis
and will receive a competitive salary of
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
depending on experience.

About the Quality Manager role:
We are currently seeking a
Quality Manager
to join our management team. As the
Quality Manager,
you will support the business of Quality/Environmental/safety/Health in providing a controlled compliance service across the
Group.
Key responsibilities as our Quality Manager:
Being responsible for ensuring the Quality Assurance procedures are complied with
Controlling and managing Environmental impacts relating to the business, and establish best practice
Managing and Co-ordinating BRCGS Auditing, following up BRCGS non conformances
Working with all departments to ensure Health and safety procedures are maintained and updated
Chair Health and Safety meetings and create a safer culture by implementing effective solutions
Supporting with document control, corrective and preventative action and trend analysis
Working with site representatives to manage quality Management and Operating Procedures including all Hygiene Operations, allergen management and pest control
Being accountable for completing internal (first party) audits to support compliance assurance, audits and risk objectives
Resolving any areas of non-compliance (BRCGS)
Carrying out monthly glass & plastic audits in line with BRCGS
Our ideal Quality Manager will have:
At least IOSH trained with experience in Health and Safety risk assessments
Have experience of BRCGS and managing the system
Able to report and investigate Quality issues
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously when required
Good time management with a flexible approach to work and working as required
Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
Ability to communicate in a clear and positive manner and foster an open and collaborative culture
Recognise and promote the importance of continuous improvement and display a positive attitude to change
