As a Delivery Lead you will be a crucial part of our Customer Tech team leading on Personalisation Strategies and how to deliver these at scale for our clients wanting to drive customer centric experiences. The successful candidate will need to have expertise in Customer Data Platforms. Particular focus areas will be:
* Customer Data Strategy: Developing data-driven approaches for strategic decision making
* Personalisation: Enhancing customer experiences
* Audience Insights: Analysing customer data to inform marketing strategies
* Data Orchestration: Integrating data seamlessly across platforms
* Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of agile approaches and best practices and hands-on experience across, Scrum, SAFe, Project Management, Technical Project Management, Programme Management, Release Management, Continuous Integration & Deployment, DevOps, Design Thinking
* Senior stakeholder management the ability to lead and work with C-suite to shape and deliver multi-year transformation experience programmes
* Exposure to commercial management and sales
