National Home Move (NHM) are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. There are exciting times ahead, with the news that Shaun Peart will be joining NHM, bringing with him over 30 years previous experience in property and New homes. We are delighted to progress the success of NHM into this environment. We are therefore looking to recruit 3, New Home Area Managers/Directors, covering various patches across the UK (Midlands and Yorkshire, West Midlands, Manchester and Merseyside and Northern Home Counties and South East) to join the team to assist our exciting growth across the Land and New Homes sector. The role will require the successful candidate to have the ability to grow and develop existing client relationships within the new homes side of the business, as well as the ability to win new business for the company and aid the growth of our new home’s division. You will have outstanding communication skills both verbally and written enabling you to build those strong relationships with developers and the investor clients on all levels. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the understanding of the investor property market conditions, mechanism and improve market share of the business. The role will suit individuals who are target-driven, self-motivated and who have experience in structuring bespoke multi-unit deals. You will also be confident to lead, manage, motivate and coach a sales team and demonstrate excellent presentation and time management skills Main accountabilities include but not limited to: Increase New Homes Business within NHM across our 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move branches Facilitate Part Exchange and assisted move instructions across the regional and nationally Self-generate leads and engage with the other Regional New Homes teams and their clients Attend Branch Meetings around the region monthly as required by the group. Generating income and hit targets both personally and regionally as set by the region Self-motivation being able to work alone as well as part of the wider NHM team Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive and effective key contacts database Be able to think on their feet and react quickly to a changing situation React quickly to new client / development leads passed on by the NHM branches Ensure minimum fee levels are maintained Regular communication with house builder clients to ensure they are fully briefed on sales and general progress Resolve any customer complaints To coach and develop a sales team and branches To assist in the effective recruitment of site staff where necessary To provide excellent Customer Service to both the internal and external customers Ideally you will have: Previous experience in a New Homes Management role or in an Estate Agency Sales Manager environment, be IT confident, be able to remain calm and focused under pressure, and have previous customer service experience. The role is full time and flexibility in working hours may be required, as business needs dictate.
