Some key information This is a hybrid role, and the Housing Property Schedulers are required to work a minimum of 2 days a week from the Wellington Depot. 25 days’ annual leave. Your day-to-day work will involve: Make and receive calls, liaising with tenants, contractors and trade workforce and our capital team on yearly planned programmed works. Plan appointments ensuring they align with our priorities, timescales and KPI’s and cost effectiveness. Manage multiple tradespersons appointment diaries. Ensuring each repair, including damp and mould cases, have detailed notes added to the in-house systems for information to be available for all the council representatives to review. But it will really help if you: Have good customer service skills. Have excellent communication skills both written and oral and a good telephone manner.
