Our Slough Community Mental Health Service is a well-established group of dedicated professionals, including Social Workers, Community Mental Health Nurses, Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychological Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Community Support Workers, employment specialists, and Business Support staff. Jointly funded by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Slough Borough Council. * Project Management: Take a leading role in projects/initiatives to support service development.

Essential
* Post graduate diploma or equivalent qualification or demonstrable level of knowledge in a relevant discipline.
* Business or Administrative qualification (NVQ 5 in Business & Administration or equivalent) or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous Experience
Essential
* Significant experience of working in a business or administrative role.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of using a variety of IT packages (such as MS Office) and other electronic systems (RiO, ESR, Dragon Software, etc.)
* Demonstrable experience of working in a performance and information capacity including database management in a busy office and/or care environment.
* Experience of line management and supervision of staff including performance and absence management.
* Experience of project planning and managing data for performance & reporting purposes.
