About Our Client
Our client is a leading expert within their field, actively seeking an experienced EA to join their team to support the COO / CFO.
Job Description
1. Provide executive assistance to the senior management team
2. Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
3. Take minutes in meetings
4. Assist with various projects across the organisation
5. Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
6. Plan and coordinate company events
7. Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
8. Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
1. Previous EA experience is essential
2. Excellent organisational and project management skills
3. Previous experience handling HR tasks would be advantageous
4. Somebody who can take initiative, multitask and can handle a high workload.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities
9. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
10. Discretion and confidentiality
