Graduate Opportunity - Contracts Administrator

ATLAS Recruitment is working closely with a Tier 3 builder on the search for a skilled Graduate Contracts Administrator with 1-3 years' experience to join their team.
Our client is an established Government Builder with a fantastic reputation as both a company to work for and the projects they deliver.
Typical Responsibilities included but not limited to:
* Preparation of Variation orders & contractual Notices
* Preparing head contract progress claims & reports
* Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting
* Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, and consultants
* Assistance with review and negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration
* Prepare Request for Further Information (RFI) to Architect / Project Managers
* Preparation of Scope of Works and request quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers
About you:
* Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Economics
* Local experience within similar sectors is a strong advantage
* Highly motivated and proactive
* Experienced with Australian Standards and Building Codes, and relevant health and safety legislation and its implementation
