Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Hands on management of the cafe
Develop and train the team to meet the required standards
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Handle administrative side to the business such as stock management, cost control and P&L accounts
Candidate Requirements:
Experience at Managerial level in a similar establishment
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent leader and motivator
Commercially aware with good P&L understanding
The Reward/Benefits:
Salary of £30,000 per annum + tips and bonus structure
