Job Overview
Support the compliance team in maintaining accurate records, assisting with audits, and ensuring regulatory adherence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update compliance records and policies.
2. Assist with audit preparation and support audit processes.
3. Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance materials.
4. Provide compliance training and support staff with policies.
5. Assist in identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
6. Manage compliance databases and prepare reports.
Qualifications & Skills
1. 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or administrative role.
2. Familiar with audit preparation and regulatory standards.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
