Cannon Hall Farm is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations. Whether you're an experienced Executive Chef or an ambitious Head Chef with at least five years of experience, this is your chance to elevate your career. Overseeing two dynamic kitchens and a thriving ready meals department, you'll lead a team of three Head Chefs and 40 talented staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative, customer-focused menus that align with business goals.
* Lead and mentor kitchen teams, fostering excellence and collaboration.
* Oversee the production and packaging of ready meals, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
* Manage budgets, optimise food and labour costs, and reduce waste.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Analyse performance metrics, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
* Report regularly to senior management on kitchen performance and strategic improvements.
Performance Indicators:
* Achieve budgeted labour and food cost targets.
* Minimise food waste and ensure efficient stock control.
* Drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction through consistent food quality.
* Track and promote high-margin menu items and special initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef managing high-volume operations.
* Expertise in budgeting, inventory management, and financial analysis.
* A track record of innovative menu development and culinary creativity.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and retain staff.
* Familiarity with kitchen management systems, compliance tools, and ready meals production.
