Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and 2 students.
2. Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to learning.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behaviour.
Required Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
3. Enhanced DBS check.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and 2.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
4. Proficient in classroom management techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate certificate in Education.
2. Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Working Conditions:
1. Work in a school setting with regular classroom hours.
2. May require occasional participation in school events outside regular hours.
3. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
