The Role: To provide a first-class support service to shop teams, donors, & customers by responding to & resolving enquiries, complaints & issues that arise in relation to waste & recycling activities for the Retail Network. To monitor & report on SLAs and KPIs & seek opportunities using information from a variety of sources to improve overall service experience, manage efficiencies & support reduction of costs. To be a first point of contact & liaison point between parties & our contractors & to support Oxfam’s contract “owners” by providing relevant management information as required for ongoing contract management & review meetings (which they will also attend). To provide an initial point of contact for the shop network with queries regarding other waste streams including hazardous waste.
