In this role, you will be a point of escalation within the support team responsible for investigating support cases escalated by the service desk support team and managing them to resolution
As Azure Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring that complex Microsoft Azure incidents, changes, service requests and problem records are progressed through to resolution
* Acting as an escalation point within the team from a technical perspective
* Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set by the Support team Manager
* Working alongside our DevOps and service delivery team to ensure that customers receive a high level of support
* Working alongside the Cloud Operations team to cover high priority requests out of hours via an on-call rota
We'd love you to have
* experience working with Microsoft Azure
* Qualifications in Microsoft Azure - Azure Solutions Architect Expert beneficial
* Experience working with IAC – Terraform, GitHub Enterprise
* Experience in working with Kubernetes in an enterprise environment
* Experience with SQL, MySQL in an enterprise environment
