Job Description
Riley Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in our Leicester office. This office specialises in Commercial, Industrial and Logistics, and as such, we are looking for candidates who have previously worked within these markets. This is an excellent time to join us, as we continue to grow and expand our teams.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development - contacting new and existing clients in order to introduce or further sell the services of Riley Recruitment
* Candidates - advertising vacancies, and interviewing candidates in relation to the vacancies applied for
* CRM - updating the CRM on a daily basis
* KPI's - Achieve and exceed agreed KPI's
Requirements:
* At least 12 months recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment role
* Ability to meet and exceed KPI's
* Experience of working to financial targets
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What we offer:
* Basic salary up to £35,000
* Company car/car allowance
* Commission up to 40%
