This is an exciting opportunity to join the Early Intervention and Prevention Service at Wakefield Council, working within the district wide programmes and intervention team, alongside the family and youth hubs, and partners as a districtwide Youth and Community Development Practitioner (Senior Youth Worker).
The Early Intervention and Prevention Service works with many partners in Wakefield, as part of Wakefield Families Together. Wakefield Families Together brings services together, to join up how we work, so that it’s easier for children, young people, and families to find and access the support they need at the earliest opportunity.
