- Joinery Joiner 37 hours per week, based in Preston £33,450.62 per annum, 37 hours per week (£17.34 per hour) Pay award pending What will you be doing in this role? You'll be a part of our Gateway Property Care team, a range of skilled trades people who can carry out planned and responsive maintenance to our housing stock.
What we are looking for in you We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.
We are looking for a team player with qualifications and experience in all aspects of joinery, who also has the ability to carry out other trade roles such as basic plumbing.
You'll need a full manual driving licence as you'll be working all over Preston in our communities.
The main things: You'll have at least NVQ L2 in joinery and a full driving licence You'll have experience in a range of repairs, maintenance and programmed works with an excellent understanding of health and safety.
You'll have excellent communication skills combined with a flexible ‘can do' attitude.
