Job Description
Role: Product Manager
Salary: £60,000 (DOE)
Location: Bristol HQ – 5 days p/w – reduced to 3 following probations
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from conception to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery.
Experience Required:
Working with digital B2B and B2C Solutions
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Logical thinking and problem solving
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Technical proficiency, including an understanding of APIs, databases, and modern software architectures
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
Proven track record of delivering software products from concept to launch.
Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) products or cloud-based technologies.
Background in UI/UX design or software engineering is a plus.
Experience in customer-focused industries like Fintech, Healthtech, or E-commerce is a plus.
Experience of working in international organisations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s mission and market needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Define product roadmaps and long-term strategy based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends.
Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes to balance between new functionality, customer feedback, and technical debt.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of the product.
