Role Details of Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
* Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Location: Dunstable
* Hours - Office based hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
* Starting salary - £25,400k per annum
* Probation 6 months
* No cap Commission
What Will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Creating job adverts, and placing on relevant online job boards
* Responding to candidates using phone/email/SMS
* Interviewing/Registering Candidates
* Supporting high volume recruitment campaigns
* Booking workers on to shift rotas
* Liaising with client hiring teams to manage staffing requirements
* Attending meetings/reviews with clients
* Using our internal CRM/ATS systems to keep track of candidates onboarding journey
* Out of hours support on a rota basis
What skills are we looking for in our Trainee Recruitment Consultants?
* Above all else, you must be able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds. The ability to listen and understand applicants job needs is crucial
* Organised - Client recruitment requirements can change quickly. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to this
* Administration - Ability to successfully log and update our CRM with bookings, to help complete payroll.
* Communication - The ability to communicate to applicants and provide feedback on their application journey is critical.
* Travel - the right candidate will have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle - business miles can be claimed back as expenses.
