Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join the team at a lovely Solihull-based primary school teaching Year 1 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience for every student.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in all core subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities
Assess and evaluate student progress, setting and tracking individual goals
Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to be active learners
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding
Teach phonics using the Read Write Inc. scheme, helping students develop their reading, writing, and spelling skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching primary school students
Knowledge and experience of the UK National Curriculum
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and a commitment to student success
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
