Opportunity:
To assist and support the operation of the Projects and Helpdesk department to ensure that administration tasks are managed within the requirements of this busy team.
Our client had been a family-owned business for 26 years, more recently transitioning to an employee-owned business 2 years ago. This has maintained the same high levels of engagement, but has put the people who work in the business every day at the heart of all they do.
The Role:
Reactive helpdesk (this will be 70% of the role)
1. Manage incoming calls and emails.
2. Log requests for reactive / maintenance call outs on our Service system.
3. Arrange for an engineer to attend to site and liaise with the client.
4. Collate the relevant paperwork completed by the engineer.
5. Collate and create small quotes for the client where further works are required or requested.
6. Working and communicating with our own engineers and subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and engineers fully understand the requirements and are adequately supported.
7. Updating client portals where required - and there are multiple systems to navigate.
8. Assist the team in all administration relating to inputting orders and organising installations.
9. Process PO's and invoices through our system.
10. Liaise with the warehouse on stock and deliveries.
