What skills and experience we're looking for
The College is looking to appoint a Learning Support assistant to join our extremely successful Special Educational Needs team. The ideal candidate will be able to work under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff to supervise and support individual or groups of students, in or out of the classroom. The role will require you to work closely with students particular educational needs including SEMH and assist with the development and implementation of individual intervention and support plans.
