We’re looking for a Property Manager Level 2 to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for coordinating housing services, managing resident relationships, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant.
Key Details:
3-month temporary contract (potential to extend)
Hybrid working: Between the Hammersmith office and on patch in West London
Rates: £20.43 ph PAYE / £26.85 ph UmbrellaYour Role:
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring queries and concerns are resolved efficiently.
Manage tenancy issues, including property maintenance, lease agreements, and service charge queries.
Conduct regular site visits, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
Work with contractors and managing agents to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and improvement works.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering an excellent housing service.
Support tenancy sustainability, assisting with community engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with housing regulations.What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in property management, housing, or tenancy support.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management, and property compliance.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle complex housing issues.
