We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and personable Executive Assistant to support our National Sales Director. This is a key role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Based at our modern showroom office in Ashton-Under-Lyne, you will also travel occasionally to retail showrooms, head office and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in the business and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, supporting at the highest level and playing a key role in the success of our operations Main Responsibilities Manage the National Sales Director’s diary and coordinate all meetings Schedule and facilitate daily Teams calls with Area Managers, head office departments Organise and prepare for regular reviews, meetings with Heads of Departments, and board-level sessions Liaise with Directors, Showroom teams, Retail Recruitment, and Training departments Maintain and analyse KPIs and sales data, identifying underperformance and compiling reports for Director meetings Update and distribute daily performance updates to Area Managers Coordinate travel, meeting rooms, and hotel bookings for senior staff Submit monthly expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Assist in tracking new store openings and ongoing project milestones In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
