About Us
Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Golf Service Assistant to join our great team of professional and dedicated individuals.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide a friendly, welcoming, and professional service to all guests, members, and visitors arriving at the Clubhouse.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge of the Golf Operation to provide accurate and detailed information to guests and members and pro-actively up-sell at every opportunity.
* Display excellent communication skills with guests, members, and team members at all levels while maintaining professionalism at all times.
* Participate willingly in organised training sessions within the hotel and own department.
* Assist guests and members with any queries or special requests.
