The role – Contract Project Administrator You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for supporting the Head of Projects in relation to all project activities A highly experienced Project Administrator, you will have a varied role and responsibilities including; Supporting the Head of Projects, Project Managers and teams to ensure that all administrative functions are carried out accurately and timeously to meet project timescales Running and managing SAP system to produce, manage and update all project reports and documentation etc Ensuring all administrative duties meet company and project guidelines and timescales in relation to quality, delivery and timescales Processing, management and control of all documents, meeting minutes, reports, invoices etc in a timeous and accurate manner You will be able to demonstrate proven experience as a Project Administrator, ideally within a manufacturing environment, managing project admin for construction and engineering works. You will be very detail conscious, have a genuine ability to effectively manage a varied workload and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. The role is a contract opportunity and offered on an initial year contract basis.
