About Us: Colourplus Ashburton is a well-established interior design and home styling business, located at 118 Tancred Street, Ashburton. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and creating beautiful spaces for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business functionality.
2. Managing financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, using Xero software.
3. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Supporting the team with administrative duties, client communications, and general office management.
5. Assisting with scheduling and coordination of projects, meetings, and events.
About You:
1. Proven experience in an office management or similar role.
2. Proficient in Xero and confident in managing financial processes.
3. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
