As an SDR, you will be the driving force behind our new business efforts. Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients who can benefit from our sales consultancy services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and setting the stage for successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Identify New Business Opportunities: Use various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to research, engage, and generate qualified leads.
2. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate conversations with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points, and positioning our sales consultancy services as the solution.
3. Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure potential clients are a fit for our services.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants to transition qualified leads and support the overall sales process.
6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
