✨About the Role
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Growth, and the founding sales team to engage prospects, close deals, and help shape the company’s sales motion.
➡️Key Responsibilities
* Own the sales process end-to-end, from outreach and qualification to closing deals.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, leveraging both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
* Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, driving compelling sales conversations.
* Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to refine messaging based on market feedback.
* Contribute strategic insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Optimize and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
➡️What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle AE role.
* Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals autonomously.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage prospects.
* Process-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
* Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
* Experience in the integration/API space (bonus).
* Previous experience in a seed/Series A startup (bonus).
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Based in Europe (remote) to align with sales time zones.
