Key Responsibilities:
1. Screen safeguarding concerns, collaborating with the Advice and Referral Team (ART) to gather and assess relevant information.
2. Make timely decisions on whether S42 criteria are met, ensuring the safety and well-being of adults in the community.
3. Engage directly with clients, offering a personalised and outcome-focused service that prioritises the individual in decision-making.
4. Work closely with partner agencies to foster multi-disciplinary collaborations, ensuring comprehensive care and protection for adults.
5. Contribute to the development of innovative approaches in service delivery, promoting integration and adaptability in safeguarding practices.
About You: We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Social Workers with previous experience in adult safeguarding. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and a commitment to personalised care is essential. The ideal candidate will be a driving force for positive change. A valid driver's licence is required, as travel across the county will be necessary to meet service demands.
