What You'll Do - Customer Service Specialist - Motor S.O.S : Act as the primary point of contact for incoming vehicle collision alerts. Assess fulfilment solutions and appoint relevant suppliers. Manage customer expectations, keeping all stakeholders updated. Ensure a smooth and stress-free claims process for customers. Handle invoicing, credit control, and service investigations. Support complaint resolution and maintain a high standard of service. What Were Looking For - Customer Service Specialist - Motor S.O.S: Experience in prestige customer service, claims handling, or a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organisational and computer skills. CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it). Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths.
