Your new role, what's involved?
As an Advanced Apprentice at WSP, you will be a full-time, permanent employee, getting paid while working on exciting, real-world projects from day one. With support from your experienced team and dedicated buddy, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an inspiring environment. You will be equipped with the most sophisticated design tools, exploring fresh, new ways to design and build for our future, using the latest software, gaining technical experience while you learn on the job.
You’ll start your apprenticeship in September 2025, attending a local college for either one day per week or block placement, gaining a full BTEC Level 3 qualification. Typically, the Advanced Apprenticeship takes between 2-3 years to complete (including End Point Assessment in England).
Our dedicated Early Careers team will work closely with you over the course of your apprenticeship to support and plan a development pathway that suits you. We also work together with local colleges to ensure you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship.
With WSP you will feel a sense of belonging in an environment where everyone feels respected and valued. We want you to be your true authentic self at work and be inspired, learn, discover, and feel empowered in your career.
