This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the leadership of Science. We are looking to appoint an inspirational Head of Department to lead our amazing Science team. We want someone who strives for excellence, is keen to keep up to date with best practice and has a drive for continuous improvement to join our ambitious and supportive team.
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 1.2 (£13,220)

About The Role
Hollingworth Academy is looking for someone who is not only a great teacher with a passion for science education but can lead and develop a team of committed colleagues in providing the best possible outcomes for our students. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the subject is essential, as is the ability to further develop quality first teaching though a strong curriculum model. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share in our vison of ‘Everyone Excels Everyday’.
