The team is responsible to keep the Commercial team updated on agreement and operational changes, ensuring adherence to high standards. The Microsoft Enterprise team works with our largest customers on complex agreements, combining strong licensing knowledge with excellent communication skills. Empowering Enterprise Success: Leading Licensing and Internal Specialists to Drive Microsoft Business Growth As the Microsoft Enterprise Specialist & Internals DTL, you will work as an Enterprise Licensing Specialist, collaborating with account managers to win, upsell, and retain Microsoft business as well as manage a team of 5 Internal Specialists, leading and improving their workload. As the Microsoft Enterprise Specialist & Internals DTL, you'll be responsible for: Driving Microsoft licensing opportunities with Softcat account managers Conducting customer calls, meetings, proposal writing, and cost projections Attending and delivering workshops, presentations, and product roadmap sessions Engaging with Microsoft Enterprise sales and leadership teams to align goals Managing and supporting the Microsoft Internals team, including hiring and career development Representing Softcat at events, writing blog posts, and hosting customer events and webinars We'd love you to have Experience in customer-facing and volume licensing sales roles is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with board-level negotiation experience Proven results in selling Microsoft products, especially Microsoft 365 Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and their alignment with business strategies Organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills MS-900 & SC-900 qualification would be advantageous Prior people management or mentoring experience would be required Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
