Department: Commercial Job title: Account Manager Salary range: Neg Contract type: Full Time - Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Summary of Role Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our commercial team. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Commercial Director in developing and maintaining customer accounts. Main tasks and responsibilities Main Tasks: Develop and secure new accounts Maximise sales revenue, margins and performance by driving business growth and achieving positive results Plan and prioritise sales activities through developing and delivering PR and marketing campaigns Conduct customer review meetings Drive to meet and exceed agreed KPIs Management of customer questionnaires/store visits and audits Management of Service Level Agreements Arranging and attending client/potential client meetings where applicable Compose relevant proposals for potential customers Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, customer enquiries, complaints Liaise with NPD and Technical Departments on product development and launches Reporting Participation in continuous improvement project work Any other duties and reasonable tasks within your capability as set out by Management.
