Contract Supervisor – Electrical Bias – London Bridge

Salary: £55,000 - £59,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:
We are a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced and highly skilled M&E Contract Supervisor with an electrical bias for a large corporate site in London Bridge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and a strong understanding of maintenance and compliance processes within a facilities management context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and oversee a dedicated team of 8 engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage and delegate reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Work closely with the team to understand and implement company procedures and processes effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role for 3 years minimum.
* Strong client-facing skills; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and compliance requirements.
* Must hold 17th or 18th Edition Electrical and Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications.
* A methodical approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
* Commercial building services experience is essential.
