We’re on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take charge of our operations, ensuring seamless stock control, product quality, and compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for optimising warehouse processes, this role is for you!
Your Role:
1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient stock handling.
2. Maintain and implement quality control procedures to meet stringent product standards.
3. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
4. Drive process improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Ensure strict health & safety compliance, fostering a safe working environment.
6. Manage order fulfilment – from picking and packing to despatch.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in warehouse & quality management, ideally in stainless steel or metals.
2. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation & development.
3. Hands-on experience with quality assurance, inspections & compliance standards.
4. Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
5. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
6. Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
