Leasing and Move-in Coordinator - £27,000 DOE - 6-month FTC - Brighton
One Property Recruitment is proudly partnered with an award-winning estate agency who are looking for a Leasing and Move-in Coordinator to join their ever-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to continue their career progression within the property sector. You will be providing onsite lettings management services to an exciting build to rent development compromising of 229 apartments.
Your role will include:
1. Ensure all enquiries are answered in line with service levels.
2. Coordinate with third party agents.
3. Carry out regular rent analysis of the local market in line with the Leasing Executive.
4. Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate rental offers.
5. Complete applicant vetting requirements.
6. Complete new let paperwork.
7. Make introductory calls to future residents.
8. Provide comprehensive move-in orientations to amenity spaces, the building, and the neighbourhood.
9. Ensure all apartment inventories are completed prior to resident move-in.
10. Co-ordinate move-ins to ensure there are no delays due to lack of lift availability.
11. Handle any difficulties that residents experience with utilities.
12. Coordinate move-ins with the leasing staff.
13. Facilitate the problems residents have with their apartments with the Resident Manager/Maintenance Operative/Developer.
14. Follow up on resident requests to ensure work has been completed.
15. Place follow-up calls to residents within one week after they move in.
16. Create and implement social activities and events to enhance resident satisfaction.
17. Inform the Leasing Executive of resident concerns.
Skills and qualifications:
1. Strong customer service.
2. Proven experience in residential management.
3. Ability to think on their feet.
4. Experience in undertaking viewings would be advantageous.
5. IT literate and social media savvy.
