The role:
The Parking Services team within Liverpool City Council’s Neighbourhoods and Housing directorate is growing and we are currently looking to recruit a small number of Parking Administration Officers to join us at this exciting time!
The Parking Administration Officer role involves undertaking a range of duties relating to the regulatory activities of the Parking Service. The post holder will fully support the service’s daily business operations in handling parking queries and resolving issues as they arise. The Parking Administration Officer will manage tasks involving the written construction of reports, supporting finance and budgeting processes, observing stock levels, and procuring goods and services when required.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, an awareness of parking legislation, and experience of working in a customer facing environment. If this sounds like you, we welcome you to apply!
