This position is full time office based, Monday to Friday
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the effective functioning of their operations team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Transferring confidential data from paper formats onto various client database systems.
2. Maintaining electronic files, ensuring records and documents are well-organised and complete.
3. Processing client information collected at reception and inputting it onto the database.
4. Assisting with reception work when required, welcoming clients and answering telephone calls.
5. Recording postage received and sent as per our client's procedures.
6. Assisting the Operations team in maintaining equipment and stock supplies.
In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to attend staff meetings, demonstrate your commitment to our client's aims and policies, and promote their equality and diversity policies.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of administration processes and be comfortable working with database systems. You should also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask effectively.
