This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the desk. The company will provide on-the-job and classroom-based training to give you the tools you need to succeed further. Your Responsibilities will include: ● Advertising for roles via job boards, websites and social media. ● Interviewing and screening applicants to determine suitability. ● Selling and developing business via the phone and face-to-face. ● Completing the full recruitment cycle. ● Recruitment administration. You will need ● Passion for the recruitment sector. ● A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultant role. ● Dedication to deliver high-quality service. ● UK resident and the right to work in the UK. ● Experience working with personal and team targets. ● A great team player.
