Description Permanent contract | £14,634.50 to £15,682 per annum (Scale ) | 18.5 hours per week | Priory House, King's Lynn Supported Assistant Practitioner : £13,210.50 to £14,385 per annum (Scale F) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner to join the Western Locality Community Care Team based within the Occupational Therapy Team. Working closely with our Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners, social workers and partner agencies you will assist in delivering a high-quality service to the residents of West Norfolk. As an Assistant Practitioner within this team, you will mainly undertake the triage of new referrals. Additionally the role involves completing assessments; reassessments; and review work. These will be telephone/video calls and/or face to face in an individual’s home environment. You will have excellent communication, record-keeping, and keyboard skills, along with experience of working with vulnerable people.
