Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for our SaaS, focusing on enterprise and government clients.
• Lead complex, multi-threaded sales engagements across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within large organisations.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to meet and exceed six-figure and seven-figure revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to enterprise and government sectors, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that address the unique challenges of enterprise and government clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Regularly report on sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management, using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics within enterprise and government markets.
Preferred Background:
Experience:
• Demonstrable success in complex, multi-threaded sales within the enterprise and government sectors.
• Proven track record of closing six-figure deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, including subscription-based and membership-driven business models.
Skills:
• Exceptional ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders across large organisations.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with experience in engaging C-suite and senior government officials.
• Expertise managing long sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive sales execution.
Tools:
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and adept at maintaining detailed and accurate sales records.
• Familiarity with public procurement processes, RFPs, and compliance in government sales.

The location:
This is a remote role where we support flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. You will be required travel to Cardiff to meet with colleagues.
Benefits:
Competitive base salary of £50,000, plus a lucrative bonus and commission structure (OTE £100,000).
