Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Team Secretary to work within the Integrated Cornwall Stroke Service (ICSS).
The successful candidate will be a key foundation member in initiating and updating smooth operational administrative systems and provide an efficient and effective secretarial service for the ICSS.
You should possess excellent communication, IT and time management skills, plus the ability to work independently without direct supervision, are essential to ensure the smooth running of the services.
Each member of the team is required to be flexible in contributing to the overall Trust agenda and in responding to changes in both management agenda and priorities.
The content of the post will be subject to continuing review in discussion between the post holder and line manager.
This post will be based at Bodmin Health Centre.

Main duties of the job
Provide secretarial and administrative support for the 7 day ICSS Service, working both autonomously and as part of a team, involving day to day co-ordination of outpatient clinics, office and reception duties.
Support the ICSS Team as required, acting as a pivotal role for all communications.
Attend weekly MDT and allocation.
Administration and co-ordinating of clinic booking process for locality clinical teams.
Central point of access for the ICSS Team.
Assist in timely data registration and reporting.
Co-ordinate meetings including minuting.
Monitor generic email accounts.
Ensure prompt attention is given to enquiries from staff, patients, visitor and colleagues form partner agencies.
Support online patient education/rehabilitation sessions.
