The teams work closely with world renowned advertising and PR agencies to support the delivery of exciting initiatives Overall Purpose of Role: 1 year FTC Provision of services & support for the Nissan dealer network including Business centres to optimize sales. National Retail and Fleet marketing communications advertising including Digital, Customer relationship marketing & offer-led finance campaigns. Work with agencies, Nissan Europe and cross-functional NMGB stakeholders to align on key messages and co-ordination of budgets and deliver of plans. Role includes being the conscience of fleet in key meetings to ensure effective targeting of key fleet audiences to drive awareness and consideration to purchase. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Support & co-ordinate quarterly tactical campaign process for Retail, Fleet & Motability. Ensure a clear briefing process is followed up working alongside key agency partners. Measured campaign executions with key stakeholder approvals including product and legal as well as thorough post campaign analysis to identify key learnings. Support in delivering an integrated Fleet CRM programme to provide one clear plan each quarter. Support Retail & Fleet Dealers with marketing assets and guidance materials alongside agency partners. Support Sales performance managers with adhoc visits to under-performing dealers. Assist with the management of the Marketing Quality Management programme including ; results calculation, reviews with Sales and Marketing Director, cascading to stakeholder and recharging dealers as appropriate.
