Luxury Travel Consultant Duties: Role Duties Actively listen to clients' travel preferences and requirements, and offer suitable travel options Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling travel products and services Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, clinics, car rentals, and activities, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency Research and stay updated on the latest travel trends, deals, and promotions to offer the best options to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Starting to build your own direct client book and to account manage Actively manage your pipeline of opportunities, clearly logging key trip information / client requests (so that other team members could assist with your book in your absence) Monitor your enquiries and sales data to report back to the team Handling specialist sales e.g., group retreats, sales through partnerships, corporate events, unique experiences, bespoke multi-stop tours, remote destinations Manage and develop relationships with existing suppliers and commercial partners Essential Requirements: Luxury Travel experience is essential Fully proficient on Amadeus Please note only suitable candidates from a luxury or business travel background with GDS experience will be considered for this post.
