Sales Administrator - Culloville

Your new role
You will be responsible for printing high volume customer orders on a daily basis for up to 30 sales reps, inputting customer orders onto the computer system, creating all relevant paperwork for customers, providing price quotes to customers, dealing with any queries and resolving any issues, advising customers on the availability of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the customer database, liaising with other internal departments, and any other general administration duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have 6 months experience in an administration role or retail or customer service experience. You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and excellent attention to detail.
