We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join our Corporate Sales Division in Hertford. This is an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to Vision’s growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities in medium to large organisations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Generating and qualifying leads for our experienced sales team.
✅ Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
✅ Profiling target businesses and identifying their needs.
✅ Scheduling and securing high-value meetings for further consultation.
✅ Capturing all activity and insights within our CRM system.
✅ Meeting and exceeding personal lead generation targets.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of industry experience and B2B telemarketing experience.
A motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Someone who is presentable, professional, and highly approachable.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
A natural relationship builder with a resilient and solution-focused mindset.
