What the Job Involves This role requires you to work 36 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9-5. You will engage in hybrid working, with mandatory office days on Wednesday and Friday, alongside scheduled training and duty days. Your main responsibilities will include completing social care needs assessments, support planning, commissioning, and risk assessing. You will also manage risks by attending MARAMS safeguarding meetings and utilizing frameworks such as MCA/BI and CHC-DST.
