We are looking for a Residential Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of RSC residential properties, providing a high standard of housekeeping and laundry services to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents.
Reporting to the Property Services Manager, key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):
* Daily cleaning of cottages, flats, rooms, and communal areas as required.
* Washing, drying, and ironing linen and ensuring timely distribution.
* Delivering fresh linen and towels to properties, making beds, and removing used linen for washing.
* Conducting regular stock checks on cleaning materials, linen, and other accommodation supplies.
* Tracking stock and placing orders as needed.
* Proactively identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
* Good computer literacy.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive, flexible approach to work.
* Physical fitness and stamina for an active role.
This is a part-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon. Hours are 9.30-2.30.
We are recruiting two housekeepers. Each housekeeper will work 20 hours per week across a 7-day rota. But a discussion can be had about the best days and hours for you at the interview.
