Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator at Alan Cooper Estates. As a Sales Negotiator, the primary responsibility will be to facilitate the sale process for our residential properties. You will act as a mediator between sellers and buyers, ensuring smooth transactions and successful sales. Your role involves showcasing properties and negotiating terms, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling property viewings.
2. Book valuations and gather detailed background information on clients' situations.
3. Prepare and process paperwork accurately and efficiently.
4. Generate new business and contribute to wider company success.
5. Assist clients with enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants and any other parties.
6. Organise and manage electronic and physical files for easy access.
7. Assist in the sales process from marketing through to negotiation, progressing a sale and to the final move-in day.
8. Support the department with general administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Requirements:
1. At least one year’s experience in a property sales environment and familiarity with associated legislation.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
3. Strong attention to detail for accurate document preparation and data entry.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
6. A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Alternative Saturday with a day off in lieu: 9:00am to 3:00pm
